How much does it cost to charge?
- Calculated by kWh: Prices range from 2,000 - 3,500 VND/kWh, depending on the time (peak/off-peak).
- Calculated by membership package: Savings package for loyal customers with discounts up to 20%.
- Detailed price list is transparently posted at charging stations and on the Volt City app.
How to book a room?
3 convenient ways to book:
– Directly at the Reception desk at Volt Motel areas.
– Via the Volt City app (integrated map, room selection, quick payment).
– Via OTA partners such as Traveloka, Agoda, Booking.com.
What is the cancellation policy?
- Free cancellation: 24 hours before check-in time.
- 50% cancellation fee: When canceling within 12-24 hours before check-in time.
- No refund: If canceled after the above time or not showing up (No-show).
- For bookings through a third party, the Customer's policy is adjusted according to the terms of that platform.
How much capital is required to franchise Volt City?
- Standard model: From 2 billion VND or more (depending on location, charging station & motel scale).
- Mini model (EV charging only or motel only): From 700 million VND.
What support does Volt City provide to franchise partners?
- Setup support: Architectural design, charging station installation, software integration.
- Training & operation: Team training, management process & customer care.
