The project research site is located in the Phu An resettlement area, Hung Phu Ward, Can Tho City. The project is currently in the pre-feasibility study phase and preparing the legal investment documentation in accordance with current regulations.
FUNDGO Tower is positioned as a high-rise complex, serving as the core of Volt City's development structure, in line with HVA Group's strategy to participate in the development of long-term technology-oriented urban projects during the 2025–2030 period.
Objectives of implementing the consulting invitation program
The design consultation program launched by HVA Group aims to support research and investment preparation, with key objectives including receiving design ideas and solutions for complex high-rise buildings, consulting on spatial organization, functionality, and traffic flow suitable for the characteristics of the two-front land, and to preliminarily evaluate technical options, particularly the arrangement of one basement level and two basement levels.
Based on the proposals and options received, HVA Group will review and select a suitable design consultant to continue working together in the next steps of implementation once the project meets the legal requirements as stipulated.
Scope of design consultation invitation
During the research and investment preparation phase, the scope of the consulting invitation is defined at the conceptual and directional level, including the overall architectural concept design for the project, the master plan for the site, the scale and functional structure, preliminary architectural and traffic solutions, consultation on the basement layout, and development directions as a basis for completing the investment preparation documents and related legal procedures.
The program does not include technical design content, construction drawings, construction activities, or content related to general contractors.
Forms of participation and expressions of interest
Consulting firms interested in participating in the program are kindly requested to submit a letter of interest along with a brief profile, a list of representative projects completed, and a proposal for a design consulting approach at the conceptual level that aligns with the project's direction.
The proposals received during this phase are advisory in nature, non-binding, and serve the internal research and evaluation work of HVA Group.

The receipt of applications, professional exchanges, and work with consulting units do not create any commitments related to construction implementation, contractor selection, or the signing of construction contracts in any form.
